Dan Samas is a talented lawyer and extremely easy to work with. He takes care of it all for you in a worry free way and if you do want to keep track of what is going on, is easily reachable. I had a speeding ticket and Dan was able to make it completely go away - no record and not even court fees to pay. That was pretty much the best possible outcome and very impressive. I highly recommend him as your lawyer as he will try to fight the best outcome for you and does his work diligently.

I thought the whole process would cost me time out of work and a lot of money due to the nature of the ticket. Dan made it seamless for me he reassured me i would not need to be present on my court date. He informed me he would let me know the outcome. He did as he told and emailed me my case was dismissed. While on vacation in WA, I received a ticket that I did not believe was justified. Back in CA, I did some research on finding an attorney and luckily found Dan Samas. A TRILLION STAR rating! I was in spot as i had received a second ticket on the last week within the same year (the first being put on deferred referral for a year). Admitting on this infraction would have costed me both the tickets + a monthly insurance premium increase. Dan Samas not only handled the case professionally but he was able to get my ticket dismissed from Shoreline Court (a rather difficult court) as a result of which my first case would also be dismissed and not appear in my driving history. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED guy!

I recently hired Eric to represent me in a legal matter and was highly impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond the normal level of service. The fee that Eric charged was fair and though it was a small matter, he always treated me as if I had retained him with a large fee. If I needed to talk to him, he always made time to speak to me and several times I was able to get questions answered and consultation even after normal business hours.
