"Your case was dismissed!" This was the message I got from Dan who represented my case to defend a speeding ticket I got couple weeks ago at I-5. I want to share my experience and offer you some advice. If you ever get a speeding ticket, your first action item is to look for a lawyer who can help you fight the case in your favor. I chose to work with Dan after talking to several different lawyers and here were my rationale: 1. Expertise: Dan is highly specialized in the field of traffic incidents. If you want your case to be dismissed (winning the case in your favor) don't you want to hire someone who is an expert instead of generalist? Reasonable price: From my initial research, some lawyers quoted me for $350 and above to defend my case, which was a speeding ticket. Also they had no money back guarantee in case I lost. But Dan was confident enough to write me a full money back if I lost the case without any amendment or reduction to non-moving violation. 3. Responsiveness: Dan handles all his case himself. Some big name lawyers have other junior lawyers handling the case but Dan handles it himself. Not only that, you rarely get a chance to talk to the lawyers unless you paid in full and most inquiries are handled by their paralegals or admins. Dan was extremely approachable taking my calls (or calls me back in few hours if he's at the court) or reply back to my email questions. That was longer writeup than I though but I really wanted to spread the word with details so someone could find it useful when choosing your lawyer. Don't hesitate, hire Dan and you could literally save several hundred bucks, which was my case and I am confident you will too.

Dan contested two traffic tickets for me in King Count District Court in Redmond, WA. He was able to get one of them dismissed and reduce the fine on the other one. Hands-down the best money I've spent. Instead of getting the ticket and paying like 95% of the people, I wanted to know my options.
