Couldn't be happier with Dan Samas. He was able to get both tickets in a double citation dismissed (pay nothing and completely off my record) - following too closely and illegal lane change. Plus, I didn't have to take off work to go to court! Dan has great communication. He laid out the whole process during our first phone call, shot me an email when our court date was set, and confirmed with me the day before the court date that he was prepared. Really took all of the stress out of the situation. I would highly recommend Dan Samas to anyone.

I contacted Mr Eric Lewis regarding a lawsuit I was facing to see if he could represent me. Within 15 min, he started focusing on how the payment will be made. He became quite rude and didn't want to talk to me further without getting payment details. Thank god I found a better lawyer elsewhere.

I am an attorney and formerly worked cases in traffic court and I strongly recommend Dan. He helped me with 2 speeding tickets - the first was a simple single court appearance, with the charge being pled down to a non-moving violation to avoid license & insurance issues. That was great, but what really impressed was on my second matter, when a substitute commissioner was on the bench, instead of simply trying his luck and pocketing his flat fee, he continued the matter to another court date (actually did this twice) because he knew he would have a better chance in front of the regularly assigned judge - even though it was more expensive for him. The result, a dismissal, speaks for itself.

Dan Samas is the magic lawyer ! I accidentally became involve with several tickets in short period of time (between two months; I've got 3 tickets. The cheapest one was 130$ and the highest was 750$)! Never ever on the moon, I couldn't imagine someone can help me or could able to dismiss them. But, he did it ! He did the best.
