Amazing people to work with! I had Brooke help me sell my home and she was on top of everything from the start. We found a buyer and went under contract in less than a week. If there was a hiccup in the process, Brooke figured it out fast. She went above and beyond when she recruited Amy, another Celski and Associates realtor, to keep things running smooth while Brooke was out of town. Wonderful staff with great connections makes for one heck of a team! Celski and Associates is the way to go!

Chai Thai and Thea Riddle have been great managers to our HOA community. Their knowledge of the HOA laws have proven to be invaluable. They work hard to keep us inside our small budget in these times of inflating prices. Those who launch false complaints about them have unreal expectations. It’s not 1980 — Community Managers no longer sit at a desk all day waiting for clients to walk in or call. Thea and Chay prioritize and they follow through in good time. I’m always treated with nothing but understanding and respect.

This 5 star review is courtesy of Cherl. She is going above and beyond to help solve the crazy stupid recycling in my neighborhood. The recycling containers do not have lids and when the wind blows, we get all of the neighbors trash on our property. This needs to end until proper containers are used. Thanks Cherl!!! You deserve a raise.

This rental company moved me into a rental that was terribly dirty and run down. After complaining about the condition of the rental they sent someone to clean 3 different times. This house was so dirty the cleaner couldn’t even make it better. Then they kept part of my deposit for things in the home that had fallen apart do to the age and bad upkeep of the home. Once I had moved out, Celski made me responsible for paying the power bill 10 days longer than I was living in the home knowing I had moved out on the 28th of the following month. This is bad business and they need to do better!! I would Not recommend renting from them.

I believe: Chay Tai and Thea Riddle of the Kennewick property management office should be fired. They are unstable people that mix their politics with their work, and loose control when one complains about their inadequate customer service. They claim to be "always available", but they are never accessible except by e-mail. On their schedule, not the customers. Therefore they are not available. Thea Riddle calls customer complaints "disrespectful".

This place is awful, I ordered a $15 enchiladas meal plus tax near $19. I got some chips with two egg on top no meat ! A boy gave me water bottle for free. He knows something off.
