Carolyn is absolutely the best! She found me exactly what I needed and wanted before I even started looking! she made every step seem less and when there was a hiccup, she did not stop fighting for me until it was smoothed out! Carolyn and the entire Celski and Associates team are so incredible!

Absolutely unprofessional. I applied for one of their homes listed on Zumper after Breanna Roll confirmed it was still available, but would not be for long. The next day, she claimed the home's first applicant was approved and it was no longer available. Not long after this, the ad had been pulled from Zumper, but was then visible on Rent. No longer available? I think not! Do not trust what their agents tell you. They will mislead and rip you off.

I absolutely loved working with Brianna Smith, she was on top of it with the market moving so quickly! She got us locked in on our dream home. We were so pleased with her quick responses, writing offers and touring homes for us at all hours of the day as we moved from out of state. We truly would not be in our home if it wasn’t for her and all she did for our family. We 10/10 recommend having Brianna Smith at Celski & Associates to be your realtor & property manager!

Breanna was very efficient. She communicated very efficiently and regularly, abs promptly responded to all our questions. She had a great recommendations which we followed. She even lined up the contractors to help with some of the inspection items. She did a wonderful job. We highly recommended Breanna. .

Breanna Roll at Celski and Assosicates was such a helpful hand while we searched for our new home. Not only was she professional, she was responsive to all our many questions as we were new home owners and very confused by the process! Brianna Smith is the best realtor and property manager. Request her to help you if you have the opportunity to do so. She managed 2 of our rental properties in Kennewick and Prosser very well . She handled everything from small repairs to a big project. She’s always pleasant to work with. She replies right away to any of our questions. She basically takes care of everything and we don’t have to worry about anything. When it was time to sell our rental property this year, she handled the move out of our tenant very well. She helped us coordinate all the work that was needed to be done to the house. It was a smooth process. After 24 hours of listing the property, it got sold. 😀 She also helped my sister buy her first home. Brianna is amazing. We are blessed to have her. She’s now helping us find and buy another rental property. Thanks so much Brianna. Looking forward to more transactions.

This Carolyn Celeski has to be the biggest waste of human drama on the planet. I just moved into a neighborhood called White Bluffs and she sent me a notice on 3 weeds that were 4 inches tall my wife and I hadn’t seen in a side yard. Constant badgering and harassment my new neighbors say. Stay away unless you want uneducated teens running an HOA to bug you about everything they can possible conjure up. Worthless!
