Terrible company that manage literally the worst apartment complexes in all of Tri-Cities

Carolyn helped us find our home in Richland! She was knowledgeable about the housing market in the area, great at finding homes to view, and quick to respond to questions. She was also able to connect us with contractors for a quick project that we needed, which was amazing given the difficulty to find skilled workers. Carolyn is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent a house in the Tri-Cities area!

After many failed attempts at selling our house ourselves, we decided to go with Celski and Associates. We were hesitant to go with any realtor but later realized we should have gone to her from the start. Carolyn was amazing from the beginning. She went beyond out of her way to help us get our place sold and fast. She understood our situation and was professional, yet caring and compassionate. Her team was also amazing and really went out of their way for us. We will be going with Celski and Associates from now on for any of our home buying/selling needs. I highly recommend them!

I would rent through Celski and associates time and time again. They always were professional and continue to still be so helpful when needing a reference. I wish we didn’t have to move from the Tricites area. I worked with Thea directly and though the house had some minor things go out as over time things do, She was able to have our home owners approval for the next step in a very timely manner. She made everything very easy for us even down to our move in and move out there was no Hassle!

Mike Corrado has been especially helpful in taking care of our property concerns, including interfacing with the HOA. One less item for us to deal with. Overall excellent management & communications.

I have been in contact with Brianna and submitted application. I was told immediately after submitting a cosigner the rental was a guarantee for lease. Unfortunately it was a lie to get more application fee. I have contacted her numerous of times for email or document for reasons of denial and still haven't received no information a month later. SCAM and a "0" star is more appropriate.
