Brianna helped us with the purchase of our home this year and I can’t say enough good things about her. We have bought and sold several properties over the past 5 years and after working with several realtors, I can confidently say we will only be working with her from now on. She is so professional, her communication was the best in the business, and she went above and beyond several times to make our experience simple and enjoyable. I’ve never met a person with so much drive. And willing to help In any way that she could. I’m beyond impressed with this young lady and can’t recommend her enough. If you are looking for a realtor in Tri-cities area I promise you will not be disappointed with Brianna.

Brianna is fabulous to work with! She helped us with the sale of our home in Pasco and was attentive to our needs/requests and very professional. We moved out of state the same weekend we put our house on the market and she was extremely helpful with the process from beginning to end. She coordinated cleaning for us as we prepared to list our house, as well as repairs and servicing that was needed after we’d accepted an offer. Our house was off the market within 4 days of listing it!! She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was truly a pleasure to work with.

Sketchy lease agreements. Always read the lease!

The absolute worse. Find someone else. Lack of maintenance, pets on property, against signed contract. Renters not paying rent and not allowing contractor into the house to make repairs causing further damage. Tenants claiming mold and electrical issues that didn't exist (I have pictures and contractors to back this up). Lost thousands of dollars. The worst.

I have never rented from this company but I do not think I would want to. If Craigslist is any indicator how they do business, they post their ads on Craigslist breaking the rules spamming everyday. Craigslist has a rule for every forum which is one ad per 3 days (in this case per home). Celiski posts like 5 ads a day per home.

Brianna is our property manager with Celski. She manages 3 buildings for us. As small landlords who live on the other side of the state we rely heavily on Brianna to take care of any issues that come up at our buildings and with our tenants. From small repair and replacement projects to full remodel projects, and handling unique tenant situations Brianna always comes through for us. We are grateful and recommend her highly!

We worked with Mike and he was absolutely the best! He was always available and informative in all aspects regarding our rental. Would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a property management company!

I am very pleased with how Brianna at Celski handled the sale of my home in Kennewick, WA. She was able to sell the house at a good price (a bit above its Zillow price, for example), within the fairly tight time frame that I needed, to avoid carrying expenses. She was able to do this during the pandemic, with Kennewick being in a "hot spot". Also, I had moved away, for a new job, and Brianna handled things so that the sale was connected entirely over the web from my end. I did not have to travel back for any part of the process. Everything went smoothly, and Brianna treated me very well. I believe that she gave me good advice. And it was always easy to contact her and stay in touch. I am happy to recommend Brianna and Celski & Associates. (Amanda, their bookkeeper, is also a very capable and nice lady.)

Michael is very professional and handles every property with care. If you have a rental property or are looking to rent, reach out to Celski and let them handle the management of the rental. They are very informed and go above and beyond to protect your property and make sure every angle of property management is as smooth as possible.
