Celski and Associates is a great! Mike is friendly, he introduced me around the office to the staff and met me at the apartment I was hired to clean. Mike and Andrea are easy to get a hold of when I had a question. I saw some of their customers and I could tell the customers are pleased with the service they get from Celski and Associates. I look forward to many years of business with Celski and Associates. Thank you!

**Update** I had to call and speak to the receptionist as Thea apparently does not want to call prospective tenant's on status updates. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I submitted my application and was kept being told it's still "pending" for my background (which is clean) and credit which is also good. Then I look on Craigslist and the home is no longer listed!! They take your money but won't get a call back! At least not from Thea! Will definitely NOT recommend to anyone! I have called on a home I'm very interested in renting 3 days in a row and told each time by the receptionist I would get a call back from Thea. No call back yet i see that this home is listed on craigslist each of the days I called not once but 3 times. Very disappointing the lack of response from the people who deal with property management with this company!

As a property owner I was hesitant to go with a management company to manage my rental. I had “managed” my property myself and discovered problems when the tent ants moved out. I am very glad that I went with Brianna with Celski and Assoc., she was able to answer all my questions and coordinate work and paint that needed to be done to the property prior to it renting again. My mind is resting easy knowing that they inspect the property regularly. She is great at getting back to me promptly even beyond office hours.

I saw an ad online to contact Mike Corrado at Celski & Associates about a property. I called Mike and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and information. He showed me several properties that were in excellent shape. While I am not currently renting a property through Celski & Associates, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike to a friend or contact him again if our needs change.

I worked with Mike Corrado and Andrea from Celski and they were great to work with and very professional and just the ease of working with them everything goes smoothly and makes our work as subcontractors a dream work with I would recommend theme anyone. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna smith and to say she was helpful would be an understatement. She went above and beyond of what I asked her to do, she is extremely knowledgeable, and has the best personality! I would recommend Brianna and Celski & Associates to anyone. Hands down best property manger around!

They managed 2 of my properties. On one of my properties they allowed a tenant to move into another one of their managed properties after causing several thousands of dollars worth of damage to my property...they did this without having the tenant pay for the damage caused to my property first. This tenant also has outstanding rent due to me. Now that tenant is refusing to pay and my only recourse is to file my own lawsuit against them. The management company should have taken care of this when they had the chance. Mike Corrado was the manager assigned to my properties. I suggest looking for a different management company.
