i was given the number to this business by a family member, i called and set up an appointment. all my questions were answered and it seemed like a short time after filing for disability my claim was approved. i never had problems getting the information needed to proceed.

Had a case and lawyer Bothwell stated to us several times that it was a difficult case to present. but he took the case anyway. He on two separate occasions verbal and unprofessional outburst. one on the phone conference and the second time in person. we were very concern for his behavior towards us was very rude and unprofessional. to behave in front of a client. i would recommend another lawyer not this firm for defending those who are vulable and can't defend themselves and to have a lawyer who mistreats them is a shame.

The first thing this guy said to me: "I know you were drinking and driving"
and i have to laugh because the truth is i was sober. I was experiencing medical problems......and when my blood alcohol came back it was zero.
