472 days and still open... you going to lecture me about patience again?.... how are you people still in business?

I was a client of Mr. Bothwell for almost 6 years. Mr. Bothwell and his assistants, most notably Christina, always treated me fairly and with respect and kindness in those nearly 6 years of being a client. My case was not favorable in the end, it went all the way to federal level with a second hearing, and I do not doubt that I would not have been able to go through this whole process without all of their help! I would recommend anyone to have a consult with them, they are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Thanks for everything these last 6 years Mr. Bothwell and Christina!

I was very impressed with everyone whom which I interacted.

By far the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the very beginning Tim and Kevin were not truthful when filling out my chapter 11 paperwork. The amount of money I made and the taxes I pay were different than my actual paycheck stub. I talked to both Tim and Kevin about a plan modification due to a change in my monthly expenses. On 8/21/19 I was sent the amended docs to sign; which I signed the next day. I received an email on 10/4/19 from Tim stating that the modification had not been submitted because “we are working out some issues with the trustee.” The modification has not been submitted as of today 11/21/19. I have sent several email, text messages and called the office. I have heard nothing. They have avoided me for over a month now! I would not recommend OlsenDaines Kennewick, WA office to anyone.

They did the least possible for me and my case, then they took it upon themselves to close my L&I case before even asking me! They did nothing for years while I paid for my education, and looking back, it wasn't until I received my Masters that they closed the case on me. After that, they informed me when I asked about SS Disability that they didn't do that, I would have to find another attorney! It wasn't until my current attorney that pointed out to me that they do, do SS Disability.
