Kourtney was probably the sweetest gal I’ve ever dealt with over the phone, she was so caring and let me know that what I was dealing with wasn’t something minor and even though my case wasn’t something they handle it’s still something worth pursuing for future references I will be going there if I have any serious accidents

My wife and I have been trying to get an update on her case for weeks. We both have tried leaving voice mails and sending email without hearing anything back. We are just looking for a status update it should not be this difficult.
EDIT:
there seems to be a misunderstanding and it wasn’t on our paralegal fault we couldn’t get in contact. When our case got transfer the email for our old paralegal and the new one is different so we were never able to see her email and vice versa. With that said khan law firm have been good so far in fighting for our case.
