I fell in a parking garage in Seattle in 2019. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Jennifer did an awesome job. She was helpful and resourceful. She returns calls and emails in a timely fashion. She worked to get me the highest settlement possible. When I had some issues depositing my settlement with my bank her and Christina worked to get everything resolved. Hopefully I never have to but I would use them again!

I am so dissatisfied with this law firm. I hired this law firm to get me a better settlement. All the law firm had to do was send a demand letter demanding a better payout for my auto accident. Instead the woman that was working my case was just sitting on paperwork. Reinsuring that she was doing everything in her power to get a better settlement. Wanting to squeeze more money out of the settlement, she said we should take it to mediation, we should take it to court. She was not working my case. She was not making any phone calls. The case was just sitting there. She was not working on behalf of myself nor my case. This was a slam dunk case very easy. I did all the hard work for this law firm. I basically handed them a paycheck for doing nothing. I was the one who negotiated up until the point that I was not satisfied with the payout of my settlement. I received more compensation for my pickup truck that was totaled then I did settling this case. Now over 90 days later, I had to settle for a low payout giving the law firm almost the same price that I'm getting. Wow if I would have just held out and kept negotiating I would have been better off without hiring this law firm. I am highly disappointed. I feel misled. I feel that this company has taken me for a ride and I am very hurt. I will be making a formal complaint. I received a letter from my insurance company saying that a check was paid out to the law firm and myself. No one no one has reached out to me. This firm has nothing but liars their staff are liars and I would highly recommend for anyone in the near future to seek representation from someone else.
