I highly recommend Brad Barshis. He successfully handled my case with professionalism, legal expertise, and attention to detail. I sought out Brad's counsel in handling an anti-harassment order against an ex-partner who was continuing to disrupt me at my places of work and intimidate me within my community. I had an abundance of evidence, and I needed help moving forward. Brad took the time to not only listen to me but to thoroughly review the materials I presented. It was clear that he cared about me not only as a client, but as a human being. Brad continued to stay in contact with me throughout the legal process. these guys are a joke after an agreed $7000 dollars for everything they kept asking for more money. it was like pulling teeth to get them there job. Then they went from i have a great case to no way you will win without paying them more. i highly recommend spending your hard earned money on someone that cares about you. stay away from brad.

I won't get into the whole story but Kent police were trying to pin me with bunk charges long story short he got me out of what never should have happened.

My wife was accused of a DUI. Brad took the time to explain the legal dense strategy in which driving under the influence could not happen if not driving. He did an extensive undertaking of all the facts related to the case and went the extra mile of consulting us of the process and what to expect. He methodically prepared himself for trial as well as preparing both my wife and I for the upcoming litigation's. Brads well planned defense illustrated a total lack of evidence against my wife's accusations and was instrumental in a highly biased Judicial Court of Law. Brads magnificent painting of the true events that occurred. His supporting facts and the discredit of the little evidence of the prosecution that was available lead to a trial by jury being dismissed altogether. If it was not for the professionalism, dedication and attention to detail, the trial may have gone extremely poorly for my wife and or plea bargaining would have clearly not been in her best interest. Other attorneys should follow the same ethics and professional approach for their clients as Brad continues to lead the way! Job well DONE! I can not express enough gratitude for the assistance of a truly great attorney and a member of such an upstanding Law Firm (Newton and Hall). Not only where they willing to take on the case, but they were willing to go the extra mile financially working with us. While we have been experiencing some really difficult financial times.
