I have only great things to say about Bradley Barshis. I was in trouble with a domestic violence case . Bradley went the extra mile and helped me in my case .Worked hard and got all charges dismissed . We all win and lose.. this is what life is... unfortunately, my case for protection order against my daughter was a lose.. Brad surely spent all the time he needed to come in the courtroom ready to fight.. Very assuring, very friendly, very patient, specially when my mom was reacting more emotionally than I was. Mr. Barshis and his office were very professional yet took the time to explain the traffic court process and stayed in touch till resolved . I first sought free advice on Avvo after my son got two tickets for driving over a handicap ramp to park on the lawn of a local park. That's $50 for lawn and $275 for ramp. Since he was only 17 with his ricer car you can imagine our future insurance cost. (I was freaked out cause I have never been even pulled over and my husband would flip out - world war 3) So the free advice said to better get attorney. So the best thing we did was let Mr. Barshis and his fabulous staff help a nervous Nelly mother get thru a crisis by calmly explaining what they could do and what we had to do. So for a reasonable fee (yeah my broke son paid half) the tickets went thru court and Mr. Barshis gave me glorious news -the parking on lawn reduced to $25 and the worst one was totally dismissed. Hired him for a speeding ticket. Was able to answer all my questions promptly and worked with me despite financial/payment issues. He was very friendly and patient. He also was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. Would hire again and recommend to others.

When I was arrested for DUI, I only expected the worst to happen. I contact James Newton, Attorney at Law in need of some serious help. Bradley was my assigned attorney. Even with the high breathalyzer results, he still managed to win my DOL hearing, and plead me to a Negligent Driving charge. I don't know what I would have done without him. He was assuring the entire time, even taking the time to call me back after hours sometimes. If my sister got a DUI, I would make sure she chose Brad as her attorney.

I had Mr. Barshis handle a traffic ticket for me in Kent Municipal and got it dismissed. I was very surprised that he was able to get my ticket dismissed without having me appear in court with him. I had a lot questions to ask and he was always there to answer them all , he responded to all of my email in a timely matter.
