Divorce is never easy - but it can be made less traumatic. 5.0 stars Posted by Loriann October 22, 2024 While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness. I highly recommend Ms. Sakaguchi and her entire team! Thank you!

Just letting anyone know out there that has just got a DUI or similar charge and is overwhelmed with concern and losing sleep over what might happen that your first step should be to contact Nate Webb. I'm a real person that was not put up o asked to write this review but doing so purely to help out someone that is in the shoes I was cause I know what the feeling is like. With 2 prior DUI's , I was facing a 3rd charge of Physical control which would have the same consequences if convicted of a 3rd DUI, with previous experience of how the system works and let downs from public defenders and rookie private attorneys I understood what the ramifications of a 3rd convention would be, So I chose to pay for Nate as a private attorney and fight my charge. I can attest that Nate and his assistance were there for me at every point of the case, I was not from the Seattle area and Nate made it possible so he would attend all my pre trial hearings and I did not have to make the 4 hour drive except for once. After a few attempts from the prosecutor for a plea bargain which I was advices to no take we went all the way to trail, this was scary for me as a 3rd convention would have hefty consequences, but I had faith in Nate and what he was telling me. On the day of the trail, the prosecutor dismissed the case with prejudice. This was a huge victory for me and a big weight off my shoulders. You want an attorney that will go to batt for you and not take the easy way out , or take a plea just because it will be less work for them, you need someone that knows his stuff and willing to press the prosecutor to prove it. Nate did what was right and not what was easy in my case, which I was extremely grateful of as I have had attorneys in the passed where I was just a number to and they needed to get done with my case as soon as possible so they could get to the next, not so with Nate Webb and his assistant Nicolas. Very proactive, helpful, and patient. Extremely ahead of the game and makes sure that you get everything that the prosecutor may ask you to do some before they even ask you to do it. Mr. Webb had me complete classes, volunteer hours, and evaluations all before I even went to court. Once we finally made it to court, the prosecutor didn’t even have to ask me to do anything because Mr. Webb had already had me do all the important things to help my case. I am beyond happy with my experience with Nathan Webb and his office as a whole, he fought for my case until we had a desirable outcome and him, as well as his assistant, were always available and responded in a very timely manner to all texts and questions!

Reaching out to Mr. Webb (Webb law firm) for the charge of “physical control” has been the best decision that I have ever made. Despite having slim hope of winning the DOL hearing (which Mr. Webb was clear up front) the decision went in my favor followed by the dismissal of my case. Throughout the process he and his assistant Nicolas has been superbly responsive and helpful. I am extremely thankful to him for letting me pay my fee in an installment during this rough financial patch of my life. .I do not have words to thank him for not just winning my case but taking his time with utmost sincerity to represent me in the court physically when he had an option to remain virtual due to the current COVID situation. Mr. Webb is extremely professional and is dedicated to his craft. Even though I am not the direct client of his but he helped my family member to get his DUI DISMISSED during pre-trail. Having seen many similar cases ending up with a plea deal, I honestly didn't have a very high expectation but his representation gave us a favorable result both with the DOL and the court. I did meet with him couple of times and I can proudly say that he was the only lawyer who wasn't staring at the clock during our free consultation, which went almost 30 minutes over with all the questions I had. I have never witnessed such compassion with knowledge. He truly cares for his clients and their outcome and he has the absolute right skills to back it up. Going through the whole court process is never pleasant but Mr. Webb makes the complicated situation as simple as he can. He is very transparent on what he wants to try to do and he never makes promises he can't keep.
