Nate and his assistant Nicolas have been the most amazing people to work with. Nate truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best outcome you possibly can! He explained and went through everything throughout my process. Couldn’t thank him enough for what he did!!!!

Long story short, I got a dui + I refused a breathalyzer year and they took my blood + I had two counts of obstruction Bc I fought the officers and we were able to get a plea deal of reckless with the other two charges totally dismissed! Sooooo relieved and I cannot thank Nate and his amazing admin Nicholas for answering all my questions all the time.

I was not familiar with attorneys in Washington State, so whomever may be reading this review I wanted to make sure I would select an Attorney who was not only competent and well versed in law but also someone with whom I felt I could trust to represent me to the best of his abilities. Fortunately after reading several reviews and a conversation with several different law firms I selected Mr. Nathan Webb, Webb Law Firm. It was a sound decision as not only was I found NOT GUILTY for DUI but Mr. Webb also beat the charges by the DOL. To you the reader many details could be written but what was important, Mr. Webb was always willing to discuss my concerns and always responded to my questions. I am no expert to the law and the court process. I was able to recall details about the arrest but not aware as to what would be relevant. Mr. Webb would inform me as to what the court would consider important and what details would be considered irrelevant. The trial went almost exactly as he had prepared me to expect. The process is long from start to finish but Nathan Webb went the distance. Mr Webb also made it affordable with payments. The entire process went as smoothly as possible when you are in this situation. If you are in Washington Sate this is the lawyer you want representing you. I am offering my strongest recommendation for Mr. Nate Webb. I hired him for my DUI charge back in August. My DUI charge has been reduced to reckless driving, and I am glad that I chose him as my attorney. And I am offering three reasons why I think so. First, Mr. Webb is a hard-working man in a timely manner. His work ethics are sincere and genuine. He provides a high quality of work to get your case reduced or dismissed. His knowledge about the DUI laws is substantial, and he is ready to answer questions that you might have or clarify confusions. I am not saying he had answers for every question that I had, but he provided answers within the best capacity of his knowledge, which I was satisfied. His work is done very promptly and gives you an update so you are aware of the work progress. For example, when I was curious if the police read the Miranda rights, he said he would let me know as soon as the body camera arrives. When it did, not only did he notify me but also he would play the audio clip over the phone so I could review what happened on that night. Second, Mr. Webb is an effective and respectful communicator. He responds to your emails, phone calls, and messages very very promptly.I hired him when he was about to go on vacation. I wasn’t really expecting to communicate with him, but when I left a message with his assistant, Nate called me within an hour while he was on vacation! I expressed my concerns, he assured me that he is going to work on this. Not only this, he has always responded to my email within 24 business hours. He sometimes would respond to my email on the weekends, which I thought he shouldn’t or expected him to do so, since I believe he should have a life too. That’s how prompt he is when communicating with his clients. He also would listen to your concerns and offer his answers as much as he can. While going through my DUI case, other issues came up that I thought potentially could affect this criminal charge. He assured that it wouldn’t be the case. I was very much assured. Lastly, unlike many other law offices, the reason working with him on my DUI made my experiences easier was his assistant Nicolas. Nicolas is very respectful. When Mr. Webb is not available, Nicolas will be always there to answer some basic questions or transfer your messages to Mr. Webb then he would get back to you very promptly. Having Nicolas as Mr. Webb’s assistant made me feel like Mr. Webb’s office is always accessible and approachable. There are some attorneys who would go “missing in action” once you hire them. But Mr. Webb’s office would never do it to you. For those above reasons, I would strongly recommend Mr. Nate Webb to defend your DUI cases. Not only his expertise in the DUI laws but also his communication skills and accessibility, your potentially awful experiences get be less awful with a better outcome.

I am charged with 2 DUIs. One was converted to NEG-1 and other was dismissed. I believe it’s only because of Mr. Webb. In DUI situation mostly you are nervous and new with lot much questions. Having a right attorney will help to lower down this burden. Mr. Webb is highly competent and professional lawyer. Once Mr. Webb took over on my case, I was only showing up in court on different dates. Rest everything was taken care by him. I will recommend him 100% with 5star rating. No doubt about it. I was charged twice within one year - making the technicalities of my case a little more complex and difficult. Nate managed to get me the minimum on everything! THEN when there was a probation violation, he got me even LESS than the minimum! He is professional, experienced, certainly effective, and worth every penny. As a business owner and independent contractor, I have not once had to miss any of my out of town/state work during any court cases, and Nate has been flawless in his timing and making sure I can still conduct my business while working closely on legal matters. Nate Webb did a very thorough and sound job of providing counsel in my case. When I was charged with a second a DUI in a very short span of time Nate was diligent to make sure I knew all the expected obligations to produce best result given the circumstances.
