Please accept this as my letter of recommendation for Nate as your next lawyer. Nate was my attorney when I needed help with a car accident and I look forward to working with him and Webb Law Firm again if we are in a situation where we need the best legal assistance or refer him to a friend or family member. Webb Law Firm is the best law firm I have worked with. Nate is very thorough and competent professional who always had our family’s best interests in mind. However, Nate would not hesitate to tell me when he had to share ideas that may be different than mine and I would be able to make a more educated decision which l appreciated. Nate Webb did an outstanding job with his representation. After calling 20 different defense attorneys that said I had no chance I called Webb Law Firm. Hired these guys several years ago in 2014 for my first and only DUI that happened in Bellevue. Police had no dash cam footage, lacked probable cause to pull me over in the first place but somehow they completely lost my case. Not sure if it's cause of inexperience on who was assigned to me (Denis Globa) but I wasn't happy. I ended up paying more in court fines and punishment than my friend who had a lousy public defender. (DUI, $4,000 in fines, license suspended, and 15 days electronic home monitoring) I don't recommend them at all. Edit: Of course you dispute the validity, I would too if it wasn't glowing. However your firm was not effective in even making a reasonable deal for a first time offense. Denis discouraged me from jury trial under your direction, and I was made by the court to pay more in fines than a few of my other friends. Discussing my case with you now won't change anything, but other potential clients should be warned that they may have better results from a public defender.

After 6 months of living life with a DUI (operator control) charge hanging in the balance, my case has ended with a win with my DOL hearing and a not guilty verdict at the end of trial. When I was searching for the best lawyer I could find, Nate stood out to me in a big way. Super lawyer is an understatement! Not only is Nate sharp, diligent and a lawyer that any prosecutor should be concerned about challenging, he is compassionate, cares deeply about his clients and I felt as though I had a friend by my side throughout the process. My case was unique in that the prosecutor wouldn’t budge an inch and the judge shut Nate down at EVERY TURN. We were able to speak to four of the six Jurors and when asked what swayed them to not guilty, they were unanimous that it was Nate’s closing that did it. His closing argument was stunning. He did it with passion and clarity leaving no doubt in the minds of the Jurors that a not guilty verdict was the right conclusion after a long day of testimony. Nate changed my life and I will be forever grateful for what he did for me. If you are looking for a lawyer, a super lawyer, I think it’s obvious who you want on your side. Nathan Webb! My worst life experience was the night I was stopped for and charged with a DUI and Reckless Endangerment. As a medical professional, I knew this would be the end of my career and mean nothing but shame and hardship for my family. From the get go, Denis did what he does best and reassured me I was not the monster I felt I had to be to have let this happen. He honestly and sympathetically walked me through best and worst case scenarios, providing me with realistic expectations and settling my anxiety. Throughout the entire process Denis was available: a confident guide and presence in the courtroom, an email or phone call away to offer reminders or make suggestions to work toward a better outcome. He offered excellent resources to complete the court mandated assessment and classes. In the end Denis blew my expectations out of the water! My DUI and reckless endangerment were reduced to a Negligent Driving in the first degree and attempt at Reckless Endangerment with no jail time and no license suspension. Webb law's extra effort on the civil side of the matter prevented me from and license suspension by winning the DOL hearing. These changes saved my professional licensure from board scrutiny and guarded me from losing my provider status with several insurances. In addition to his already overwhelming duties negotiating the case with a tough but fair prosecutor, Denis called my professional licensure board and several professional license defense attorneys to make sure I had the resources I needed to protect my livelihood and family from my awful mistake in case the worst happened. You must hire this attorney if you want the best possible defense for your money. He will work tirelessly for you and was true to his first words when we began, "I got into this profession to help people." Denis, my family and I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us.

Did a great job at taking care of a review hearing for noncompliance. He not only took care of it quickly he had the hearing struck from the calendar. He also awnsered many questions and concerns I had very quickly usually in less then an hour.
