I was hoping to book an appointment...but must call!

They are great!!

Usually very responsive and helpful. Recently waited 4 days for a call back, but this is unusual. Working with them through legalshield and very satisfied.

Provide great service

I waited 2 full week s for a Lawyer to connect .. I called approx. 8 xs. Joe who reached me = He I felt was arrogant, aggressive plus condescending . " So what it it you.want hete??". Me. "DID you read the computer file Sir??". Yes = Then you should know why I am calling for Lawyer advice. Joe was adgetated. Please Stop talking to me as If I am not intelligent Sir. Out of line JOE. I feel. 💔 .

My friend used legal shield big mistake they will take your money and hide reviews that make them look fraudulent as they are the customer service team is disgusting please save your money don't use them you will have to call your bank for disputes and they may even sell your information to random people please be careful guys. Even if you call and cancel before the date they say they will still charge you a random day near that day and never give your money back again customer service team disgusts me the attitude and disregard for people that are paying it's a scam -blessing

They suck they will take your money claim it’s a free trial and charge you worst part is customer service will intentionally ignore you and keep you on hold as soon as you don’t have a membership it’s a fake law firm set to take peoples money 🤢🤢🤢 don’t use these guys …..

All the attorneys and staff are passive aggressive brats. They are chronically abusive and unprofessional. Find representation elsewhere.

This place is ridiculous. I couldn’t get a call back for days I filed a complaint and then when I talked to a lawyer he said you need to add your spouse (unmarried). So I did that so he could talk to both of us. I called corporate and added him. Then I refilled the next day. I did not get a call back at all. After 5 or so hours I got an email saying there was a conflict of interest. When I called the front desk woman said it was a mistake. I spoke to the office many times and was on hold 20 minutes to be disconnected. Then when I finally got in tough after being on hold for the third time they said they said they could not take my call. They said they did not take calls if it had been reported after 430 and it was 430. Will post a screenshot with their number included. I had to threaten them with a review. Honestly they are not great. If anything changes I will update my review. We have all had off days. I don’t think this is what is going on. Very slippery people over here at this firm.
