They wasted weeks of my time. I had a time sensitive matter. They waited almost 2 weeks to tell me sorry they can’t help it’s a conflict of interest. So now I’m starting over and have given them all documentation for my case and they could potentially be representing the person I am getting legal advice about which could be used against me now if they were representing him and we go to court. Do not recommend. I’m a legal Sheild client. Talk to customer resolutions and request a different firm if you want things done in a timely manner.

So far, & my situation is COMPLICATED, I have been treated with genuine compassion and understanding and have had my " hand held" through all they need from me to get a plethora of issue's arising from an accident resulting in permanent brain damage ( FYI I'm not always easy to have or be around )
It's almost at this point like having the advocacy that I have needed from the onset of this injury.

I've been communicating with this firm through Legalshield for nearly a year now and they have just been AMAZING attorneys to speak to. I've had issues with employment law, family law, harassment and other issues and their help has been so useful, I don't know what I would have done without them. Although they don't provide full representation through LegalShield, they've gone above and beyond with what they're able to do for me.
