Great service, timely call back, friendly staff and knowledgeable attorneys.

LeAnn PaLuck is the best there is. She worked hard on my case with the highest degree of integrity and ethics. She took my case personally, focusing on the facts of the case without interjecting any drama. She is professional, kind, and personable. She was always well prepared at trial and knew her way around the court room. Her experience and expertise ensured that I had every detail covered in our final parenting plan. I was always confident going to court with her representing me. She was referred to me from a family friend that was successful in obtaining full custody of his children. I am proud to say that she was the key player in doing the same for me! I have, and will recommend her to anyone of my friends and family members.

LeAnn is the worst attorney I've ever seen. She doesn't fight fair, is conniving, sneaky and deceptive. She takes cases personally as if the other party is fighting against her and tries to be confrontational with the other party's attorney for no reason whatsoever. She's extremely unprofessional, selfish and cold. She tried to give absolutely everything to my narcissistic ex, even going so far as adding tons of wording to our parenting plan to favor only him and make everything difficult for myself. Example - if I move father than 25 miles away from him, I am required to do all the driving. If HE moves farther than 25 miles, each parent still picks the kids up for their time with them. Thats only one and there are several that my incompetent lawyer did not notice and change before I agreed to finalize it. She also tries to take as much of your money as possible by scheduling unnecessary hearings that are a huge waste of time (i.e. trying to get permission from court to move outside of the boundary set in our parenting plan even though he had ALREADY MOVED! Nothing came of this hearing and was a huge waste of time and money. And then again when she didn't get the answer she wanted at the next hearing, she scheduled a new one only for the new judge to say the exact same thing to her as the last judge). She also tries to argue her point even when one judge has already told her she's wrong on several different things... I would be embarrassed to have her represent me. She may not have represented me, but her incompetence cost me a lot of time and money... and her need to try to punish me, a complete stranger, and treat this case as though it were hers will affect me until my kids are legal adults. I did nothing wrong and I was the one being abused in my marriage so thanks for taking this already extremely difficult situation and making it so much worse by making it personal for no reason whatsoever. You are the epitome of a greedy, heartless, narcissistic lawyer. (Edited to add - if you read one of the reviews stating she helped someone win custody, just know that she did nothing to help that person win custody. That person & I made a deal outside of court in order to avoid going to trial and because my attorney was worthless. She had nothing to do with him getting custody...)

Quick and easy help for our Will's.

I wish I didn't have to give them a star. I got a letter from the IRS (CP2000) and contacted them for assistance. My case was assigned to some guy named Jack. this guy knew nothing about the subject and gave the worst advised possible. I ended up doing it myself. Legal Shield was a waste of my money. Jack you should look for a different line of work.

Visited for a Legal Shield meeting and enjoyed a tour of the facility. I've used Legal Shield for a number of years... it's great to have an "Attorney on Speed Dial" for legal questions.

Had wills and power of atty done. Great and quick service through Legal Shield and they can provide witnesses to signature for notary.

Bad experience....most of the time felt being rushed ...felt they don't really care or listen

Aaron Jennings was hired after my father passed away. I was a beneficiary in my father's will however Aaron Jennings did not keep me apprised of anything. When he sent me a form to sign saying the probate was closing I called to ask what had happened since I'd had no information in 2 years. He proceeded to dodge my questions and treated me like I was a complete idiot for not knowing all the ins and outs of the probate law. I've never been treated so badly by a hired professional before. I would never in a million years recommend this law firm to grieving families as they will only do the bare minimum and treat you as if you are insignificant and ignorant when you ask for information. They took a terrible, painful situation and made it even worse.
