I Just spoke with Jack Piza a part time representative of Legal-shield in Lakewood Wa. Mr Piza was short and rude when asking a question about Home owners associations, his reluctance to provide free legal advice as defined in my agreement is inconsistent with what is and should be expected. I would think that 26 dollars a month would buy a little courtesy, but i guess not. Way to go Jack you get a 2 for customer service :(
