Initial consultation feels prejudicial when it comes to income capability. Does not extend customer service manners. I was consulting about family law but his credentials does not match the advice and information given is inaccurate.

I used these guys through LegalShield. These guys will only help you by taking your call, review your documents, and then tell you they will call you back. They will not call you back or help you with anything other than referring you to another law firm.

After I explained the case to the attorney he made several condescending statements to me like "I'm only going to repeat this one more time" and "surely you can figure this out". When I asked him some follow up questions he hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. Very unprofessional.

Make easy money and help others with the law service

As a 30 year retired disabled veteran (USN) I sought counsel for a divorce of after 32 years. Apparently, I or ANY consumers SHOULD be aware of the loophole that attorneys can QUIT your case “based on the color of your shirt” (direct quote) if they deemed necessary. I became one of those victims. My monies forfeited -GONE with no justification, completion of divorce and I’m forced to sit here holding the dung this firm left in my lap. Any reason? Just up and quit, no caution, no warning, no communication (which they should be EXPERTS at). I don’t have monies to just throw away. And the arrogance of it all. I was explained how I was supposed to receive this egregious outcome! “Just move on, don’t ask question”. Insane, blood boiling, inconsiderate, frustrating and unpatriotic. My PTSD symptoms went through the roof. So, if you’re reading this... please don’t ask questions, get along, no nothing. You get what u get and that’s all they are about. I have no recourse at this point... I’ll file a complaint to the board. This can not stand. The attorney broke the contract and filed for withdrawal without my consent or buy in. How would she know what my “best interests” were without communications with ME? The client??? How often do they do this trick??? Who suffers? Folks like you and I do. Like I sad...Dung. Is this maneuver predetermined? Insanity. Now I must relive all of what was shared with several other firms to find a “trusted” attorney? Unreal Any pro Bono takers out there? My trust in the justice system is shattered!

What these guys offer cannot be found elsewhere. I was skimming the negative reviews and it makes me ashamed of my species. I literally could not be where I am today without the affordable legal counsel of LM. They advised me on a partnership contract. They gave me the vocabulary I needed to get my legal rights enforced at my college. This service is one of a kind, and don't tell them I said this, but they charge way too little.

I admire their dedication to their clients, no matter how poor of a case their client has.
