My husband and I are extremely grateful to have Adam Cox as our attorney. He not only is a knowledgable and great attorney but a very compassionate and understanding person. Adam worked on our vehicle accident case-injuries claims. At first, we were offered a ridiculously small amount which didn’t even cover our time loss from work. Adam Cox was my representation for a collision case and I could not have been luckier to have him in my corner. He is an adept attorney and genuine person who cares about his clients. My Situation: Before Mr. Cox, I had an attorney that handled my case poorly. They left me in complete disarray. My case had many different variables; I lived outside the state in which my accident occurred, I had medical bills from two states, and collections and insurance companies calling me constantly. This accident had become the bane of my existence. When Mr. Cox took on my case, he was able to empathize with my situation and accommodate me, even being out of state. He walked me through step by step what he and his team were going to do for my case. I greatly appreciated the fact that Mr. Cox would explain things twice, first in lawyer jargon and second in Layman’s terms. This allowed me to follow along in great detail and get a sense of relief that I understood what was happening. Most importantly, when I had a question about anything, I could reach out to him and he would respond promptly. My case ultimately had gone to arbitration. Mr. Cox’s performance during my arbitration was unparalleled. His closing remarks are what I would describe as a “drop-the-mic” performance. Called to see if we had a case, they were so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful! Even though it ended up being something they couldn't handle (small claims) they were willing to help point me in the right direction of what to do next and who to talk to in order to get results.
