Worst lawyer doesn't fight for you thinks when you get in a car accident and had previous accidents and they tell you your old and all you get is 2000 for every month and they don't care how bad your pain is and they didn't even pay my bils thought after 5 months I was healed.

Mr. Cox became my attorney after my primary counsel left the firm to follow her own dream (she was very good as well). I deservedly received a larger settlement offer after he became our attorney. It came under my underinsured motorist policy claim against my own insurer covering my medical expenses. pain and suffering, and loss of future income due to my whiplash/head injuries incurred as a result of a rear-end collision. I was impressed by his quick grasp of my medical issues and understanding of the unusual nature of my injury (life-interfering loud tinnitus as a result of the mild traumatic brain injury I suffered).

Adam Cox was the attorney representing my company in a civil case regarding a slip and fall case. This incident occurred in 2006 and just resently made it through the court system. Mr. Cox represented my company in a fraudulent personal injury case in 2013 prevailing with little to no need of my presence. Although the case reached arbitration he was able to defend my company and I from a fraudulent claim in excess of $25000. Although I was personally at the arbitration Mr. Cox' opening statement and initial cross examination of the claimant was so strong he excused me from further needing to attend. In less than 1 week after his arguments he let me know we had prevailed with no award to the plaintiff. He was a terrific defense attorney that I would highly recommend. As a construction firm I have had to work with my attorney's in various types of cases and I have never had a claim dismissed so quickly and without significant personal participation.

Adam defended a case in which I was being sued for causing significant bodily injury by a very minor fender tap with no evidence of any type of significant collision. The case became quite involved with the plaintiff claiming a long list of complicated injuries in which Adam stayed on top of each and every detail so that the truth of the matter was clear in the end and the jury ruled in our favor.
