I would like to thank Mr Briggs and his very knowledgeable staff for their time and effort on our accident case. As I was the passenger, having little to no experience dealing with other car insurance companies, I became frustrated fast. My medical bills were growing and with no cooperation from the other insurance company, we went to Mr Briggs. He listened and agreed to take on our case. From beginning to end, all his staff were great in answering that arose. I am so very grateful for the work this law office did for my friend and I. I would recommend Mr Briggs to anyone I know. I will NEVER use them again! Their communication is HORRIBLE! You have to hound them for any information on what is going on with your case. They lied to a state agency saying I “refused” to settle unless I received a portion of the settlement. That is not at all what I said. It took them 4 months to resolve 2 (TWO) bills. One bill literally took a couple of days. Every time I questioned what was going on it was nothing but excuses. Meanwhile MY settlement was sitting in an account accruing interest for THEM for FOUR MONTHS. I signed with one attorney and ended up with a totally different one when supposedly my attorney went on “vacation”. They are shady, horrible communication skills, wont fight for you unless it’s a ton of money for THEM. Don’t use them.
