Dan mellen is a great attorney he got my charges for child molestation 1st degree dropped. He was very responsive and did great at getting the evidence together. never lied to me always straight forward and definitely got the job done and made it so I get to be with my 3 yr old finally. I'd give him more than five stars if I could. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal lawyer that's not goin to give up.

Dan Mellen kept me out of jail and got 1 felony dropped and the other lowered. I highly recommend him to anybody needing a good lawyer. I was absolutely terrified when I was first convicted. Dan gave me great confidence that everything would be alright and I’d get through without going to jail, he kept his word. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. If you are in any legal trouble I recommend Dan %100. If I have any problems in the future he is who I’ll be going to.

Dan did an awesome job helping my husband and I. We had a coworker send the police about a domestic violence issue she was concerned about. He was able to get the assault charge down to an infraction with my husband doing only diversion.
