I would absolutely recommend hiring Dan for an attorney! He was amazing with his communication with me which let’s face it with most attorneys they are very hard to get ahold of let alone to return your call. I never had these issues with Dan. He also was able to get my criminal case dropped down to an infraction with a low fine amount which then meant no criminal charge on my record! I am eternally grateful for how quickly he was able to resolve this for me! Thank you so much Dan!!

I really wanna thank dan mellen for his amazing work. He made it so I didn't go back to prison for 10 years and beat the gun charge. Got it dropped to 2 misdemeanors including the fact i have a background of multiple felonies. He definitely saved my life and made it to where I can stay home with my family. He is great at what he does gives it his All and he is overall an amazing man great to work with.

Daniel Mellon helped me out immensely with my DUI case. Instead of having to fly back to Washington to serve time in jail, he was able to get me electronic home confinement, saving me much time and money. Daniel is very professional and responsive. When I called on a Sunday I thought I would be leaving a message for a return call Monday. Daniel answered and started helping me right then. I contracted Dan Mellen to represent me on a charge of 4th degree assault in Cowlitz, Co. He communicated with the prosecutor and negotiated my entry into a diversion program that will defer my sentencing and allow my charges to be dismissed after one year if agreed upon conditions are met. He was easy to contact, honest, and fairly priced.

I was charged with fraud and 16 counts of forgery and Dan helped me get into a program to dismiss all of it. I definitely recommend Dan as an attorney because he communicates, he’s straight up with everything about your case and he’s always there if you have questions! My experience with Dan was very satisfactory. I came to him facing serious jail time due to the violation of conditions from a suspended sentence. I had been found guilty of tampering with a monitoring device and, instead of jail time, I was ordered not to incur any further sanctions. I did however catch a driving while suspended and driving without interlock. From the moment I retained Dan's services in this matter he was attentive to my need for assurance and good counsel. And the final judgment he secured for me was home monitoring instead jail time. I am grateful to have found him surfing the internet and thankful for my freedom.
