Amazing Attorney. Not only did Lance decide to take on my case, but he worked with me to make sure it didn’t break my bank. I was charged with Assault, even with no evidence against me, and I was the one who got jumped by multiple employees at the establishment. He worked constantly to make sure all avenues were investigated. After a couple months we were able to strike a deal with the prosecutors, and Lance got the charges dropped, with me owing no court fees. I’m so grateful that he was able to do this for me, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Great guy, great team, great results!

Karlie Valdez is an exceptional person and a DAMN GOOD lawyer. She is very professional and knows exactly what she is talking about. Her goal is to get the best case scenerio for you and she will fight to make sure that it happens. On top of being a great lawyer she is genuine, compassionate and a very good listener. Both my cases were very tricky. I was charged for DUI and physical control just 7 months apart. I was ashamed and feeling very low. One would say I reached "my bottom". I confided in Karlie and was 100% honest with my situation. Her compassion and advice really helped me in my cases. I would recommend Karlie to anyone with similar charges. My advice would be to be really be open and honest with her. Karlie really does care and will help work with whatever the law wants to throw your way. At the end of the day I took my bad situation made some big life changes and I am a better person for it. I wouldn't have been able to do this if I hadn't had Karlie in my side.

I so grateful that my roommate knew Lance! I’m a professional CDL Class A driver. I drive the mail from Seattle to post offices in Everett and north to Canada at night for the next day’s mail. The state requires yearly medical DOT checkups but when you give them the information it doesn’t get entered into their database for over a week. I was randomly stopped at a weigh station in Whatcom County and given a ticket because while I had proof of passing the exam on me, the information had not been put in the system yet. The WA State Highway patrol officer told me don’t worry it’s just a small fine but when I got to court they said it was a criminal offence and I needed a lawyer. Another driver had gotten stopped for the same reason but had only received a “show proof ticket” (he’s white I’m brown). I couldn’t get a public defender because I’m a professional driver in danger of losing my livelihood. Lance to the rescue. He saw that the report the highway patrol had filed had the date of my DOT physical right on it. Lance explained all this to the prosecution and got all the charges dropped. My case was DV IV, it started from last year Sept 27, 2016 which was my first date of court hearing. I met with Lance two weeks before that, I changed the DV lawyer from another local lawyer to lance after reviewing his feedback from online. I went through 4 times court hearing from Sept 27, 2016 till recent, 2017. It was less than 7 months, it was long but very happy and satisfied with the result. My case got dismissed! Thank you Lance for all of your hard work! I should say my case could be very difficult. It takes very long for Lance to talk with prosecutor, but eventually we got it done! I strongly recommend this lawyer for DV case, if you have any DV case, please talk with Lance he will always has great thoughts and ideas for you. He will investigate from beginning to the end, detailed but careful. I am really glad I met him. I will never get this far without his help and inputs! He is great lawyer and I appreciate all of what he has done for my case. I will still use him in the future but I know I will not have such case anymore. Husband was getting royally screwed with possible prison time and all he got was community service and court fines. Lance is a great and same with his secretary's! He stayed in contact with us. Did what he said he would do and let my husband know what he needed to do. It was very stressful because we lived in a different state and I am so relieved Lance got us through this. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Karlie. Well, I "loved it as much as dealing with a difficult and scary legal situation can be, Lance Fryrear is an excellent lawyer. He says what he means and does what he says. His team is also really wonderful and easy to work with. He took what was a horrible situation and turned it into the best possible outcome. I hope I never need his services again but if I ever do, he will be my first call. I wish I would have had his number when the incident happened. Nobody thinks they are going to need a lawyer but if you want to keep an emergency number, this is the one you should keep. I highly recommend Lance and his team.

I received a Negligent Driving ticket resulting from an incident on I-5, as did the driver of the other vehicle. Given the circumstances I pleaded Not Guilty and represented myself. The verdict was Guilty. I paid my fine and moved on. Fast forward 2 years and while applying for a job I find out that you cannot have a Negligent Driving Conviction on your DOL abstract for this job. For 6 months I wandered around to yet another free attorney or legal clinic. The results were; nothing, nada, zero. No pathway for getting this removed or going around it. I was repeatedly being reminded of that old adage; ‘You get what you pay for’. Someone totally unrelated to all this referred me to Karlie Valdez. Karlie got me a ‘Relief from Judgement’ for this conviction (i.e….it goes away). In addition, I was refunded all of my fine except for $100. I could not be more pleased. She knows her ‘stuff’. In this case that ‘stuff’ is driving related. I know she practices criminal law too. I don’t doubt that she is damn good at that as well. Lance delivered on everything he said he would. Our case was dismissed even faster than I expected. He says he cares and he means it! Lance is your man! Having adopted the nickname "Worry-wart" from my family and friends, Lance instantly picked up on my anxiety and constant pushing of the "panic button". He told me on a scale of 10-1 with 10 meaning "worry the most" and 1 meaning "worry the least" I should be at a 1. He told me to repeat this phrase over and over: "I'm a 1; I'm a 1."
