I had a fairly complicated case and was seeking a good lawyer. Lance certainly did a fabulous job. He returns phone calls promptly and he is very thorough when it comes to planning out the best way to handle a certain case. In my situation, Lance told me what was to be done, explained his strategy, and he delivered. I would recommend him to anybody who is seeking legal assistance.

Karlie represented me in a difficult domestic violence case. The police report was ugly but she took my case and treated me like a friend. We got the best possible outcome (case dismissed!) and I truly believe it wouldn't have gone so well in my favor without her. I would absolutely recommend Karlie Valdez to any of my friends because she was highly capable and almost as importantly, to me at least, never made me feel like a criminal client but instead a good person who needed her help. You couldn't do better than her in my opinion.

I could try to sell Karlie Valdez and trust me I thought about it. I am only going to tell you my personal experience. When I had a consultation with Karlie she let me know of all my options honestly and thoroughly. When we spoke about the easiest and cheapest route to take the case she told me that she would do it. No upsell or pressure. But I asked her to fight for me and she seemed eager to get to work. Her price was fair and I believed in her. Karlie told me what she could do with the case, to me it seemed like a dream. But I believed in her. During the whole court process she was only a text away with fast timely responses. When I called Karlie her response was also as fast. In court she sat next to me making feel like we were a team. I have been in court where my lawyer is as close to the podium as possible at all times. Only giving a nod as they enter the courtroom. This adds confusion and uncertainty to the unpleasantness of a courtroom experience. In the end Karlie delivered 100%. She knows the courts and how to handle cases as well as clients. Knowing the uncertainty of court if the whole case went south I would still recommend Karlie. She was that good.

I have an embarrassing driving record and recently had some new infractions. I was very nervous and was facing very serious consequences. I hired Lance with hopes to minimize these consequences as much as possible. He was a straight shooter and let me know what I could be facing. I made a bad decision Lance helped through it! I was Charged with DUI, very crappy time for myself. Lance was honest, helpful and really listened to me. He had encouraging words not just we want to get the results I am looking for but for me personally too. He never lie or sugar coated it, he told me options what I was looking at and the probability of getting a lesser sentence and including how tragically unlikely it was I would win the DOL hearing. Lance and his associate did better than they told me they would and far exceed my expectations. I know I am a unicorn with my end results- DUI- dropped to reckless endangerment and we won the DOL hearing I never lost my Lic!! I hired Lance for a physical control case and I had no chance of getting out of it. It was going to be difficult to get a good outcome. Some how, some way he worked his magic and got it reduced to a Reckless driving with no jail time and a low fine. Lance did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was recently served a protection order due to an alleged assault. That was the very first time I had to deal with such a traumatic experience.
