Late 2015 I was rear ended and spent a couple of years in treatment. When it came time to settle with the other driver's insurance, they were now saying that they would not cover my medical expenses and offered a laughable settlement for damages. That's when I hired Marty. The whole process from the initial meeting with Marty to receiving my settlement check was smooth and painless. Marty kept me up to date along the way via phone, and email along with regular mail for signing documents. In the end we were able to settle out of court and Marty was able to negotiate my settlement to about what we figured we'd get if we went to trial. Marty is a smart easy going guy who knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We hired Martin after I got into a car accident while pregnant with my first son. He made me feel cared for and always took care of us and checked in. I am very grateful to Jonathan and his team. I have a terrible driving record from when I was younger I have 3 dui on record . I have not got in trouble for 10 years then I get a marijuana dui I was devastated, I called Dichter law offices because of his website and the editorials I read from clients that had there cases dismissed or found not guilty, now I'm writing one. My case was dismissed he called me right away and went to work, I was very worried but he assured me we had a good chance of getting it dismissed , he was very professional and he knows his stuff. To be honest, I can't even explain how amazing of a lawyer Johnathan is. I got to listen to him defend me in my DOL hearing and all I can say is WOW. He knows all his laws and rules and he knows how to use them. If you get charged with a DUI, don't even hesitate to call Johnathan. He kept my license from being suspended and because he won my DOL hearing, the court threw out my DUI. He does not waste your time and leaves no stone left unturned.
