Where to begin, not sure if he just doesn't care or lacks the The necessary knowledge to handle estate work but my experience here was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this attorney or his firm to anyone. If you need help with wills, estates go elsewhere, there are many other attorneys in the area.

Mr.Witt is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He has represented me in a number of motions after my divorce and has always been straightforward with me. He also handles my high anxiety with a smile and patience, which helps me through the cases. Watching him in the court room is impressive. He knows the laws and presents them in a a manner that leaves little doubt that he is right. I am grateful that he is on my team!

Mr. Witt came into the courtroom unprepared and grossly miss represtented my finances. Then he actually yelled at me in the hallway outside the courtroom and accused me of lying to him while dropping F bombs. Do not hire him.

In my opinion... I had a Morgan Witt as an attorney. He failed to read my declarations and appeared to have adequate knowledge of my case during hearings. You can find better for cheaper. Keep looking
