It is hard to find out that you have a health problem. It is far more difficult to realize that your condition was caused by your work that you did in the past or currently performing. It is devastating when you find out that the health problem is rejected as a claim, when you trying to file it. I was referred to Putnam, Lieb and Potvin about three years ago by a friend. I had never dealt with the law office in this type of situation. Well in any kind of situation, other than my divorce. Full of unknowns and lots of reservations I stepped into my first initial interview with Mr. Dustin Dailey. Right from the start, Dustin explained to me what to expect. His presence in the room and temperament were both - reassuring and trust-building. It felt like he knew exactly what he was talking about and that feeling transferred over. I am not saying that it was easy to go through this journey. I am truly saying that it was worth it, every step of the way. I will not give out details of my three year journey with Dustin and his staff. All I am going to say is that I felt welcomed at the office if I had to be there and every single time of my interactions with Dustin Dailey or his staff were confidence building and down to earth. I have met Mr. Putnam in person one time as well. Just en-passing. We talked a little and it felt like home, no stigma of a law office attached. Just two people talking. There is much more I would like to say, but within the constraints of this review I want to sum it up like this. I trusted Dustin Dailey with my health, career and finances - as my claim directly or indirectly was connected to all of the above. He delivered and I recently found out that his name is now is part of the firm - Putnam, Lieb, Potvin and Dailey. Congratulations Mr. Dailey, well earned! In the end, if God forbid I need to deal with something like this again or I know someone I care about who is going through similar experiences - I will, without a hesitation, recommend them to talk to Putnam, Lieb, Potvin and Dailey. When I was hurt at work I was referred to this firm by a friend and Laura took my case. I couldn't be happier with her work. Within days Laura had corrected mistakes I had already made that would have come back to be a problem.
