Dustin and his team was awesome they help me understand and made everything go smooth

I was seriously injured performing my job. I had to have spinal surgery followed up with Physical Therapy. It was very overwhelming. Then it started: requests, then demands from L&I and my employer - more aggressive and with little patience. Insult to injury. I soon realized that what they wanted wasn't in my best interest but theirs. I knew I needed help navigating this medical, now legal, situation and to get the care I needed or I was going to end up seriously financially injured as well. If this feels familiar to you, please, don't hesitate, get some legal advice. The biggest mistake you can make is attempting to deal with a legal situation vacant legal advice. Inadvertent words will make things worse. Your employer and L&I have the experience and legal advice, you really have to be equally prepared. I called Putman Lieb Potvin. They invited me to come in and explain my situation. Doubtless, one of the best decision I ever made. I am positive that without the help of my attorney, Mr. Dustin Dailey, my situation would have worsened considerably. Dustin was always straight up with me. He accurately anticipated what was going to happen and I followed his advice. L&I and my employer both treated my case more professionally because I was legally represented. I believe Mr. Dustin Dailey would ethically sort out the unfortunate condition you might find yourself in. Honest and fair, realistic and tenacious, always a professional and still my friend. He always let me know where things stood and where we were going. You won't go wrong with Dustin.

Called 4 days in a row to get answer told they would call back never got a return call. Should have been getting time lost pay but haven't received any. Per their contract they take 30% of back pay and 10% of current payments, I feel like they are dragging their feet so they can get the extra 20% when all my time lost is back pay.

Putnam & Leib is a great law firm to work with. My attorney, Laura Fedorko, is absolutley amazing! She is reliable, honest and always keeps me in the loop. I am grateful to find an attorney to help me wade my way through the L&I process. Their rates are reasonable and they are clear and open about all fees. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, hard working law firm.

Not as good as they claim. They did nothing for me. Went in with hopes based on what they said going in. The system is rigged and law firms like this are part of the problem.

I was "represented" for about 4 years by this firm on an L&I injury claim. I had to tell THEM L&I had prematurely closed my claim. When it was reopened they tried to take 30% of my check instead of the normal 10%. I saw my attorney twice while I was represented, and was pawned off on his snotty paralegal at all my other appointments. My case was recently closed again, but all my medical problems were not addressed. I would seriously reconsider using this law firm. They gladly took my money each month, but didn't really keep up on my case. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
