Truly professional

Highly recommend Harold Carr. I have never used a personal injury attorney before him. He was compassionate and got my daughter a great settlement. His staff is also very professional and responsive through the process. Thank You Harold and associates.

Worst ever law firm. They deep line THEIR pockets NOT yours! One star is too much! Lowest I can rate here.Took over 3 + years for simple case. Wasn't pleased at all. Beware! Don't hire them wasn't worth it! Worst simple communication from a law firm ever!

Awful experience. Not only did I feel alone in the process, but they were extremely uncommunicative the entire time. All the way up until even after my settlement check arrived. No advice, no referrals for help, I had to do it all on my own. I had to contact them every step of the way. My case would've been still pending after a year and a half if I hadn't reached out to them myself every 6 months or so to remind them I still exist. They didn't bother to even tell me my check was ready. Why would they? They got their money. If you want to be treated like a paycheck that they forgot about under the seat of their car, would recommend. If you want to be treated like a person, I'd go to a smaller law firm.

In 2020 we were involved in a mutli-rollover vehicle accident (MVA). The Jaws of Life was brought in to extract us from our vehicle. After 8 months of exhausting work with the at fault client’s Insurance Company and doctor appointments for our injuries we were offered a near nothing settlement. We decided we needed help. After the initial consultation with Harold D Carr and legal staff, he agreed to take our two cases, one for the driver (Fiancé) and one for the passenger (myself). The Law Firm’s legal staff contact started with Shirley M. She was very compassionate and encouraging as she listened to our story. She explained what would happen, step by step, with our Law Firm journey. All of our documents and photos that were acquired and created during the 8 months after the MVA were forwarded to her. When the Law Firm received our documents and our photos, the documents and the photos they requested from all of the services involved in our MVA, we then worked with Paralegal, Vicki R, who took us through the next phases of our two cases. She was empathetic and very informative by keeping us updated. My Fiancé’s case was first in the process. He was assigned an Attorney at Law, Denise G. She worked tirelessly with him from the beginning and negotiated his settlement which was higher than what the at fault client’s Insurance Company’s Attorney offered. My case was next. Denise was top notch and very professional. She worked with me and always kept my interests in mind. She negotiated relentlessly for me and when I got the call with the final settlement offer, I cried. I never expected to receive what I asked for.
