I started my journey with the Carr firm due to a recent car accident. I have had an amazing experience with each and everyone of the team members during the process. More specifically, Stacy Rex. She has been so very kind and understanding. Stacy, has been on the ball! Always responded to emails and phone calls same day or immediately the following day and she has the patience of Job! I have had the blessing of never going through a car accident and needing an attorney but Stacy made this process so trouble-free. If I ever needed anything she was so on top of getting an answer. Thank you so much for having such an amazing team member. I cannot sing Stacy’s praises enough! Thank you all for making this experience far less painful than the actual accident. I was in a bad car accident in 2017, and required major back surgery. After the accident, I was In a lot of pain, and didn’t know what to do. Harold Carr took care of everything right from the start. They made sure I was going to my therapy, we’re genuinely concerned for my health, and handled the entire process for me. Ruth, my case manager clearly communicated throughout the entire ordeal. I always knew what was going on, and what the next steps were. I received a very generous award, and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. It was a difficult and painful experience, and I don’t think I would have made it through without them. Thank you so much, to the entire Harold Carr team.
