Mr Kelly is an exceptional attorney and human being! He not only did everything his power to help my son have a fair case, he truly cares about his clients. He explained everything thoroughly the good and the bad but always was encouraging an optimistic. Tim knew exactly what to do when I got to his office. I was lucky I retained him early in the process of fighting a protection order. With his help I got a fair shake and was able to keep my job and reputation intact.

Tim Kelley is someone you should get what you expect in writing because his word is not good and you’d get just as as good of representation from a public defender all these other reviews I believe are phony

I called Tim and explained my situation with a protection order. He quickly responded and made time to meet as soon as possible due to the original court date. First time meeting Tim, I knew he was the right guy for the case. Even though I did not have much backing information to give to him for defending myself. We came up with a game plan and executed. Getting this protection order denied and off my record was crucial to my upcoming divorce. He didn't beat around the bush and was very direct and straight forward on what he needed me to do.
