This is a very late review. Back in 2017 I approached Tim via email for assistance. I received thorough responses providing me as much detail as possible to set proper expectations regarding what I was intending to do. Tim did everything I asked for always within the time period he provided. He even went a little beyond by giving me further advice into an unrelated issue. Thank you Tim for being such a fantastic resource to the county!

My wife and I recently hired Tim Kelly when we were seeking a protection order on behalf of our daughter. The respondent to the protection order hired a lawyer and we found it necessary to hire a lawyer to ensure that our daughter's needs were heard and appropriately represented. Everything with Mr. Kelly was transparent and professional, as he is straightforward in letting you know what he needs from you and what to expect from him in return. We had nearly continuous contact with him throughout the process. He worked long hours and even met with us on a weekend to ensure that our needs were met and we were prepared for the hearing. In the end, the judge ruled in our favor and we received everything that we were hoping for in the protection order. Tim Kelly is an excellent attorney and I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever find myself, a family member, or friend in need of legal representation.

If your going thru a tough time and need a lawyer that will go the extra mile Tim is your guy. I won’t go into much detail but I’m a 3 time felon who got a DUI 3 years into my sobriety due to a tough situation I was battling that led me back to drinking. I new I had to get a real good attorney or I was going back to prison. Tim had took the time to meet with me and assured me if I did as he said I would be ok. He is a man of his word and went the extra mile to keep me out for myself and my 3 children. As a single father this was a very scary period in my life. Also, I ran into a situation over a year later on the same case where I was needing his assistance and he treated me as if my money was still good and took care of the problem right away witch could have once again landed me in the wrong path. Scott did a fantastic job representing me in a long property line dispute. He was professional and worked with the opposing council to negotiate a boundary line settlement in our dispute. I would highly recommend having a consultation with Scott for any legal issues in his area of expertise.

Tim is all class. I had/have a rather complicated issue. Tim helped me clarify the problem and weigh the options far beyond my expectations.
