Just started the process, website is very clear and easy. The customer service provided was very quick, helpful and reassuring. I am feeling very at ease and relieved with the process and affordability (payment plan is also a huge plus).

I am happy with the outcome of my case, I was displeased with the amount of time it took to resolve the situation, covid given the whole process took several years, also the communication from the law firm was difficult, the back end is confusing, and I feel like I could not talk with the same case worker over the period of time, it was always someone different and I still have some questions, and I have asked for multiple call backs via email to only receive an email to schedule but the scheduling portal does not work. I would recommend based on the final outcome, but the communication was poor at best.

Jose has been very clear about the services offered. I just signed up today and nothing has been done yet, but so far I am happy with the service.

They were extremely helpful and kind. My issues were addressed promptly and courteously!
