I’ve worked with Rick, Sarah, and Josh at Magnuson Lowell on several different issues, including family law, estate planning and legal-insurance issues. The results were always very favorable, and they made the process smooth and easy. They communicated very clearly and provided a range of options to ensure all decisions made were fully informed. I have already referred Magnuson Lowell to my uncle and my dad who were both in awe of the professionalism and advice they were given. I would not hesitate to contact Magnuson Lowell or refer them to anyone for any legal questions.

Came here in May to do some marriage agreement paperwork, got paired up with Julia whom I loved. Then got an email saying the attorney got changed over to someone else. I had some questions, exchanged some emails, and then had an invoice for 0.2 hours for reading email and setting up a time, 0.3 hours for looking over the case, all at $250/hour. The attorney wanted to go over the case with me - but had spent all this time looking over documentation, and I would have to spend more time going over everything again, with another attorney. It left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to cancel - got another invoice, 0.1 hours to set up (another?) time, and 0.1 hours for the termination email. I'm out $175. Be very careful with your money here - it takes 10 minutes to read a four sentence email apparently.

I was involved in 2 recent car accidents that created physical injury as well as property damage. Josh has been completely helpful in navigating my PIP claims well as the other parties insurance company. He has helped with the diminished value claim, as my car was 300 miles new, and he is still helping advocate for me on time loss and wage reimbursement. He is fantastic at explaining the process in a way I can understand and is realistic with me about projected outcomes without me feeling like I'm unfairly taking advantage of the system. I had a consumer protection case with Delta airlines. Several times I've tried to resolve it by myself with no success - airline reps kept lying to me despite of all the facts I provided. I know Ray Brooks through our children and their Boy Scout program. My youngest boy was bit by a dog and my deductible was high. I asked Ray about the responsibility of the dog’s owner. I wondered if he could help me. Throughout the process, yes it takes a while especially when insurance is involved, Ray assured me that the law was on our side. He was actually appalled that the woman was denying it and wouldn’t take money up front. In the end, my bills were paid, Ray was paid for his time, and my child was compensated. I am thankful for Ray’s hard work and diligence. He totally came through for us and I recommend him if you are looking for someone to support you and what is right.

Ray Brooks is a great attorney and he has helped our family many times with excellent legal representation. I met Ray and his family at church and trust me when I say that you feel a lot better about your chances when he is representing you. For the past 3 years we have been involved in a lawsuit as a result of an unfortunate accident our daughter was in. We want to thank Rick and his staff for representing us.
