I recently required the services of an attorney to support my mother who is 86 and had ended her driving career by getting into a vehicle accident. Luckily, no one was injured, but the legal issues were complicated and included a criminal complaint from Snohomish County. We were referred by a friend to Magnuson Lowell and ended up working with Josh Lowell. Josh performed an amazing job, exceeding our expectations in every way. Without going into too much detail on the case, Josh settled all claims and worked with Snohomish County to have the criminal complaint dismissed. All of this in a very short period of time and within the original flat fee that we had agreed upon. Every step of the way, Josh was the definition of professional, making time to meet with us initially, treating my aging mother with respect and providing quick timely updates as we worked through the process of preparing for a trail. Josh was always reachable either by phone or through e-mail. He displayed a keen knowledge of the appropriate legal issues and had a strong working relationship with the Snohomish County prosecutor that ultimately resulted in dismissal of the charge against my mother. I would not hesitate to hire Magnuson Lowell again should I need the assistance of an attorney.

Very disappointed with the service. I was waiting for 3 weeks to receive a phone call back. I left few messages and also talked with someone there, he promised me to give me a call within 48 hours. Guess what, nobody call me back.

I feel so lucky to have hired Magnuson Lowell to handle my injury claim. They worked hard; they were amazingly thorough; & they were relentless. The insurance company offered only $50K, we said 'no'.
