This firm provides top notch service. I was in a wreck and was at wits end trying to cope with recovering. I made an appointment and at the first time, all my problems were addressed. They got my medical bills paid, dealt with my property damage in a fair way, and got me a super fair settlement after 6 months. There was not a time that I called that they didn't try to help me. I give them 7 stars if I could.

I am a court certified interpreter and throughout my career with the legal system over 25 years, I did almost a thousand depositions, arbitration hearings on car and work accidents and Ed is the lawyer that gets the highest settlement amount. He's aggressive and tough and he'll do what it takes to get you the best result. He got me a great settlement on my personal motor vehicle accident. You have to trust him WORK WITH HIM and listen to his advises and he WILL get you the result you want,. 5 stars is an understatement

Edward is best attorney in Washington state. He handled not only my case, but my brother, dad, and nephew. He has done well for all of them. He's professional and courteous. And his guidance is top notch.

Just got off the phone 2 minutes ago. The receptionist did not introduce herself and was confused by my request for a consultation. I was passed to another who, at least, understood my request but was put on hold for me to talk to a paralegal. The paralegal, Monica, didn't even answer her phone. Terrible customer service.

After our car accident, we called Jean Jorgensen because of the 4 cars involved in the accident, the other 3 cars were all insured by the same insurance company and we felt like we were getting shuffled to the back of the claims line and were told that the maximum of the policy would be reached with their owned insured.
