First they tell me oh sure we can handle your case. I gave them all the info they needed and I didn’t hear from them for a month and a half. What a joke hey Caffe law thanks for the run around. They had the nerve to say oh we’re not to charge u for the work we’ve done already. What happened to we don’t get paid unless I get paid👎What work I did all the work. There are plenty of attorneys that are willing to help just not Caffe law.

overall, I had a very good experience with this firm. Having experienced working with lawyers before, I knew that I had to do a lot of my own research in order to pursue what I was determined to get compensated for because of my injury and total loss of my vehicle. They respond quickly and will answer any questions or concerns that you have in particular Krista and Tracy were very helpful and walked me through the process Krista Cushan went above and beyond when I was not satisfied with just receiving the insurance policy limit. I brought something to her attention, and she fought for me, which constituted a positive outcome, due to discrepancies that I had with the amount charged for towing, she agreed and was able to get the app for drivers insurance company to pay out more than the insurance policy limit would allow. They told her that they haven't seen a upper management payout higher than the insurance policy in 8 years! The fact that she was able to do that it was amazing and this was the property damage portion of the claim which is a complementary service that they provide and they don't get paid for so the fact that she was able to do that was awesome

I can’t recommend them enough! Christa was my attorney for my collision, and she was absolutely incredible. So easy to work with and super transparent. I had a ton of questions, and she answered every single one of them - even when it was late. Plus, I could also text her which was nice for when I was at work and couldn’t talk on the phone. The owner worked with me on the contract and was very accommodating for me, which was super kind!
