Why I love this place. For one Herlyene is amazing she pays attention to every little detail she made you feel like family between her and Jeff the attorney I never doubted that I wasn’t in good hands would recommend this place to everyone.

I was rear ended and the other person did not want to provide his insurance so I called the police and they responded. I never got into an accident before but I called Mr. Caffee’s office and his case manager, Herlyne assisted me throughout the process. Very good firm to work with indeed.

Jeff and his team have been very courteous and responsive. I have never felt like I was bothering then when reaching out for a question or a concern. Lyndsy is the case manager on my case and has helped me better understand each step of the process. She is very accessible and answers all my questions . Would defiantly come back to this office!
