The person Answering Call said they were in Renton yet couldn't name stores in area. She had no idea where Cadillac was across the road? He just called and harassed me on phone for leaving review and calling me a racist why? Geez don't trust this guy

I was involved in a car accident last June. It was a difficult situation because the other driver made an illegal left turn, hitting my car and then fleeing the scene. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone with me, so I couldn't call the police. The other driver claimed he had called them, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, he refused to exchange driver's and insurance information. He even pushed me to get back into his car and then drove away.
