Highly recommend! I had the greatest experience working with Zach Kozma and Pendergast Law. They helped me handle nearly everything after a bad car accident two years ago. I wasn't sure if I would be able to recover from that, physically and financially, but they made sure I received the best care and outcome. Could not be more thankful!

Pendergast Law and the whole team are very attentive, blatantly honest and supportive. I had a horrible accident followed by two surgeries, months of physical therapy and over 6 months out of work. They kept me up to date and made a point to check in on me through the whole process. I'm so appreciative of the team, especially Shane and I'm so happy with the end result. It was an honor to be able to work with Pendergast Law. I was in my first automobile accident and they led me step my step through out the whole process. I was involved in an accident where the driver that struck me died at the scene, and I ended up breaking my back and sternum. The vehicle that struck me had state minimum insurance and left nothing to go after for my necessary care and surgery. Storm Shouman and his team were able to handle all the insurance claims while still finding ways to get a settlement from my insurance companies that I never would have even though about. He was amazing and very communicative along the way. Highly enjoyed working with him and he made a bad situation bearable. Thank you for everything Storm!
