I spoke with a person from the attorney's office explaining everything and that I saw an add and it didn't say anything about only representing people that go with them for personal injury also it said they did both personal and property and everything was great speaking to them on the phone but they said they wouldn't take my case unless it was for both? I explained that was not what the add said and made me feel like it was all about the money and I feel like if they only take cases when they are representing both then they should be having that stated in there add so it doesn't waste people's time??? She agreed but I was angry after spending so much time with them on the phone between messages and calling back when the lady told me that I just hung up on her. Wish people would just be honest right from the start???

Horrible experience with this law firm. The associate, Pamela Whitney, that handled my case was unprofessional and didn't value me as a client. Neither handled my case with the importance that it deserves. Furthermore the experience and environment wasn't a place where I felt assured or relieved that I was in good care.

I’ll give them a 5 star. Even though they couldn’t take my case because my settlement wasnt the biggest they weren’t greedy but instead gave me multiple solutions on what I can do to get through my situation. Definitely a lot more helpful and useful than my previous lawyers who just withdrew from my case and didn’t give me any other solutions.
