Going to Hardwick & Pendergast after my car accident was the best decision I could've made. The process of getting all my medical costs covered was absolutely painless and their staff was so friendly, sympathetic, and professional. At every step of the process, I'd get a call from Zach, who would explain what was going on, answer any questions, outline my options, and let me know what was going to happen next and how long it might take. Definitely 5-star treatment and well worth the money for this level of effectiveness and peace of mind.

I was in a car accident in May 2019, and after trying to deal with the insurance by myself, I decided to hire Hardwick & Pendergast. Right away, Mia gathered the info needed and took over. I had many questions along the way, and she was always right there with knowledgable answers and making me feel at ease. A few months later, she was able to settle with the insurance company and get me four times what I originally wanted from them! The firm handled everything professionally from the beginning and I felt reassured through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wow. These guys were super nice!!! I called to ask a few questions about a possible case. The time and care he took to listen, let me know what I could do but also confirmed I was on the right path with the case claim we had going was good. See where we go from there and at that point, evaluate whether his or any attorney services are needed. Definitely think he's earned my trust!

I highly recommend this firm to anyone. My old man was in an accident while out of state and needed to be airlifted to the nearest medical facility due to his injuries and location of the accident, while I got word of this and after the dust settled and his health gradually improved thank God, I knew it wouldn't be cheap for the poor old man therefore, I almost immediately contacted Hardwick & Pendergast to see what the options were. From the moment we placed foot in the office we were treated like family, everyone was extremely helpful during the whole process and to our greater surprise, his case was settled within a matter of a few months and even more shocking was the amount he was able to collect. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and effort that was put into his case to the point where I have even referred my brother in-law who also needed legal assistance. Thank you so much Mr. Pendergrast for a job well done.
