Hardwick & Pendergast was recommended to me by a friend after a bad car accident. The staff was incredibly caring and wonderful to work with. All calls to the office were returned rather quickly, emails were answered within 24 hours or faster, and I was treated with respect during the entire process. Knowing they were taking care of everything took that stress off my shoulders so I could relax and heal. My settlement was far more than I expected. I was very pleased at how Hardwick & Pendergast stood by me, making my needs more important than getting to the end of the settlement. Being patient and putting my trust in them paid off.

Love them, I got rear ended back in 2011 and being only 20 I had no idea what to do or how things work when you got in an accident. Luckily I knew to at least get the other persons info but my chiropractor referred me to this law firm and I loved them. I worked with Ann and she was so helpful and did everything for me, she even said she has never had such a hard time with the other insurance. We worked together and I got the money to get my rear bumper fixed and I always recommend them to come workers and family. I can't thank them enough for their help and hopefully I won't have to use them in the future, but if I do I will definitely go back to them.

This is a very professional, efficient and honest law firm! I was the victim of a hit and run at Pike Street Market on August 13, 2015. The next day after my release from the hospital, I signed a contract with Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. to represent me. I live in downtown Seattle and don’t drive or own a car, but was able to do nearly everything on the Internet, snail mail and phone conversations with H&Ps knowledgeable, polite and friendly legal staff located in Renton. I know from past experience that things legal can drag on for many months, or even years; however, in about 90 days, I had my settlement check for more than what I thought possible! THANKS H&P FOR MY FREE HAWAIIAN VACATION WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES! Today, I feel twice blessed – to have made a long recovery in a short time for what should have been a fatal accident or serious injury – and to have received generous compensation for the potentially deadly rendezvous in a crosswalk with a speeding automobile going in excess of 40 MPH.

My mom was rear-ended on the freeway, causing injury to her. She was injured and in need of help. The insurance companies were making her life difficult.
