James Stensel played a critical role from beginning to end in helping me resolve my divorce successfully. Throughout the course of the process, which was quite protracted, he provided key insights that enabled me to make the right choices. Further, James was extremely diligent in entertaining and answering in detail all questions that I had, and took great initiative in regularly providing detailed updates regarding where things were at at any given point in time. I found James to be not only quite knowledgeable and competent, but also very understanding, patient and skilled at explaining relatively complicated legal concepts in layman’s terms. Throughout my case he was both prompt and attentive, and made sure that I understood my options as well as the consequences of each decision. It is with great privilege that I give Nelson and Boyd, especially Deborah Nelson, the highest stars possible for their character and representation. What started out as a traumatic personal injury nightmare for me has concluded with “no stone has gone un-turned” in an effort to secure me the highest possible award, compensation and eventual closure. In addition to their legal expertise, their wealth of medical and workplace knowledge, they facilitated referrals to medical specialists, i.e. neurologist, physiatrist and orthopedic surgeons right away for accurate diagnosis and treatment of my TBI, ankle fracture and multiple trauma that my local emergency department, hospital and physicians had missed. They assisted me with in obtaining long term disability through my employer, social security disability, compassionate care for unpaid medical bills, plus the maximum amount of PIP medical, wage loss, and liability from the insurance policies available to me. They were patient and kind throughout the duration of my complicated case, communicated exceptionally well and promptly, have tremendous support staff, and held my utmost trust in them for a successful outcome. Life can be extremely hard after a tragedy. A difference can be made when you seek out assistance for the answers and results to final steps are positive. The representation from this firm was totally amazing. I know my husband that I lost in this tragedy would be pleased. Its fantastic to know their compassion & diligent work was one more step for a closure in the tragedy.
