A lady tried to occupy the same space on the road that my husband was occupying in his 2500 Dodge Ram pickup. She literally clipped the front driver's side of the pickup with the passenger rear side of her car. Her insurance company said it was 50% Richard's fault because he did not get out of her way. We tried to reason with the insurance company, but they were determined that it was 50% Richard's fault. They said they were unable to obtain the accident report, so we provided it to them. Our insurance company was no help. We called Khan Accident & Injury Lawyers and spoke to Tim Harder. Tim took care of everything! He was professional, helpful, courteous and caring. We got a settlement check in the mail today and the lady's insurance company assumed 100% responsibility. We really wish we had gone to Khan Law Firm sooner and saved ourselves a whole lot of frustration! We hope to never be involved in another accident, but if we are, our first call will be to Tim! @khan law it would have been acceptable had I been explained why you couldn't help me. Literally was told," we are going to get you your money. " And then an email followed saying you'd not be able to help me. Donna never explained anything and pretty much just talked in circles about getting the case taken care of and then I got cut off without even a slight apology and when I responded the reply from Kelly was rather crude and almost sassy in nature. I am not trying to make this an issue but I thought you should know the specifics of the individual case that wasn't just about the inability to help me with my case. I'm not bitter because the case wasn't being able to go through. I'm talking about the interaction between client and staff.

Our 12-unit condo complex required some major repairs to our decks due in part to wind driven rain and poor construction. Upon suggestion from our architect and construction company that our issues are something insurance might actually cover, we filed a claim with our insurance company but it was of course denied. At this point our HOA met with Dan. He was very honest about the process, possible outcomes, costs, and clearly communicated what to expect if we wanted to secure his services. Throughout our meeting, Dan was not pushy at all. Looking back, our community is very happy we hired Dan. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and promptly responded to any questions we had. Dan knew our insurance policy inside and out and in the end he was able to convince our insurance company to cover our repairs. This was the best outcome we could have hoped for and avoided more costly and time consuming measures that Dan had also prepared us for. At this point Dan acted as our liaison to the insurance company. I, being the treasurer of the HOA, submitted our invoices to Dan and he made sure they were properly submitted to our insurance for prompt re-imbursement. The construction on our decks took nearly a year to fully complete (partly due to our lovely winters in the PNW and partly due to Covid restrictions). Throughout it all, Dan was very patient and continued to periodically checked in with us on the construction progress and advised us when we should submit our invoices for insurance re-imbursement. The entire process went smoothly with Dan and his team leading the way and we are so grateful that Dan was able to to help us put our hard earned money back in our pockets.

I am an Condo Association HOA board member. The Association was faced with repairing millions of dollars of wind driven rain damage and our insurance company had denied the claim.
